At Rasmussen Starr Ruddy, we’re committed to developing and maintaining student programs which enable students to experience a variety of specialties while pursuing their own interests in a particular area of practice.

We hire one  2nd year summer student and one or two articling students each year, depending upon the firm's needs and the needs of our clients.  RSR does not have a formal rotation system, but does allow students to work in all of the firm’s practice areas during their summer or articling term.  We encourage our students to develop decision-making skills and assume progressively greater responsibilities, and help them develop the practical skills required to become respected members of the Bar. We take our commitment to our students very seriously, and consider every student a potential future member of our firm.
