As Partner, Kathleen brings a wealth of experience in various legal areas, including corporate and commercial transactions, real estate, leasing matters, and wills and estates. Her diverse skill set allows her to assist clients in a wide range of legal matters, from initial negotiations to the final closing in real estate transactions, to supporting businesses from their incorporations, through daily operational matters, and during sale of business transactions. Kathleen is also well-equipped to provide assistance with wills and powers of attorney, ensuring her clients have their personal and professional affairs in order.
