Heather L. Acton practices in the area of civil litigation, with particular emphasis on construction, commercial and professional negligence work.  She is also the chairperson of Rasmussen Star Ruddy's Articling Committee.  Heather graduated from Carleton University in 1989, received her Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Ottawa in 1992 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1994.
