Michael S. Ruddy is a founder of the firm and a specialist in labour and employment law.  Michael regularly appears as counsel for management before the Ontario Labour Relations Board, and sits on arbitration boards in labour disputes. He graduated from the University of Ottawa Law School in 1977, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1979.
