A founder of the firm and widely recognized litigation specialist, P. Donald Rasmussen practices in the areas of commercial and construction litigation, including professional liability defence work.  As a testament to his vast experience in the construction sector, Don has, for a number of years, acted as counsel to the Canadian Construction Association.  He is an original member of the Canadian College of Construction Lawyers, a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, and is frequently called upon to lecture at Law Society programs, Insight, and numerous professional association seminars.  Don attended the Faculty of Medicine at Queen's University for three years prior to entering the Faculty of Law.  He graduated in 1965 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1967.
